Founders, creators & rebels have come here since 2014
Sixteen people share one private home, think out loud, and ask each other better questions. By the end of the week, the work usually looks less foggy.
The room has range
Residents have built companies, led teams, made films, written books, backed ideas, and walked away from work that stopped fitting.
Pick the backdrop your next chapter needs: salt air, mountain silence, lantern light, or a secret home that makes the work feel possible again.
As seen on…

A week away gives you enough distance to name what is stuck and decide what to try next.
Scattered ideas
→ A 90-day plan with teeth
Working alone in silence
→ A tribe that sharpens the work
Endless scrolling for inspiration
→ Clarity you can act on Monday morning
Comfort zone on repeat
→ People who ask better questions
What stays after checkout
You leave with a clearer read on the work, a tribe you can call, and a next move you can start on Monday.

You stop circling the same thought and leave knowing which move comes next.

Brain dates and small sessions give the tribe enough time to drop the pitch and say what is actually going on.

After checkout, the tribe keeps helping with launches, rebrands, introductions, and the work that was stuck before BHX.

Momentum survives

Bring the thing that is blocking you. People who have dealt with something similar tell you what helped and what did not.

Small sessions with operators, artists, and builders who have done the thing you want to do.

Secret beach dinners, sunrise rituals, and the plans that happen after the official schedule ends.

One-to-one and small-group time is part of the schedule, so useful conversations do not depend on chance.
You apply, we look at what you're working on and why you want to come, and if the cohort fits, you get an invite. There is no open registration.
Pricing varies by destination and date. The edition cards and detail pages show the live starting fee, and once your invite is approved the team shares the exact payment options.
Founders, independent creators, artists, and builders whose usual circle is no longer helping them think clearly.
A private-home Brain Vacation with exchange sessions, 1:1 brain dates, open conversations, and enough unscheduled time for the tribe to become a tribe. It is not a networking mixer, a conference, a luxury holiday, or seven days of lectures.
Maybe. More often, people leave with the thing they needed first: a cleaner question, a few next steps, and people who help them stop circling the same thought.
No. BHX works best if you are ready to share honestly, listen hard, and use the room. If you want light programming and a polished holiday, this will feel wrong.
We look for range across work, energy, intent, and life stage. The week works when everyone brings something useful and asks for help when they need it.
The stay, all structured BHX sessions, hosted meals and local moments, local movement within the edition flow, and lifetime access to the BHX alumni tribe. Flights, visas, insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
Cohorts run throughout the year across all five destinations. Once you apply, you'll receive upcoming date options during the selection process.
Each edition follows the active terms shown during confirmation. If plans shift, write to the team early and we will walk you through the available options before the cohort closes.

Safe enough
Open-minded people, low judgment, and enough trust for the honest version to enter.

People first
Sharper questions, collaborators, friends, and tribe energy keep doing the heavy lifting.
Productive reset
A break that still moves the work forward.
Clarity
Cleaner questions, sharper next steps, less thought spiral.
Brain dates
One-to-one conversations often gave people the answer they had been trying to reach alone.
Tribe fit
The week works when everyone brings something useful and asks for help when they need it.
Expectation check
Not a polished holiday. The value is people, safety, and structure.
The tribe keeps talking after checkout. People trade introductions, check in on the work, and plan the next thing together.

Got a question, story, or provocation that could sharpen 16 restless builders? We'd love to hear from you.

BHX gives the decision a week, a private home, and a tribe that will ask the questions your usual circle avoids.
After the week
People leave knowing who to call and what to do next. The group chat stays open, and so do the conversations about work.
Signal 01
People who show up.
The strongest BHX signal is the strange relief of being backed by people who mean it.
Signal 02
A pause that still moves.
Clarity, safety, direction, and the break people did not know they needed.
Signal 03
The after-plan matters.
Residents measure the next three months in launches, rebrands, collaborators, accountability buddies, and calmer decisions.
What people carry home
The stuck point finally gets a name.
The kind who show up after checkout, not just during the trip.
To stop holding the thing that keeps hurting the work.
A next move small enough to start and sharp enough to matter.
Midnight conversations that keep echoing on Monday.
Something ends. Something better gets oxygen.
